Not sure where to begin here. We are friends and I knew taking our listing on would be a huge task for you. Before you would list our home you said we need to get the backyard cleaned up. The grass was burnt and over a foot long plus there were lots of leaves and old patio furniture scattered about. We called a landscaper but he could not make it right away. You started in the next day raking, cleaning and helping me sort out the family room with an area to donate, to throw out and box up. Two more times you came to box and sort. You went above and beyond to help us.
After listing you coordinated the many showings due to my husbands illness and made it as easy as possible. Five offers later you went over each one with us. We accepted an all cash offer but you encouraged us to take a back up. When the all cash offer backed out we had an offer behind it that brought us more money and a family whose relatives are remodelers. Since the home inspection was a doosey we did what was necessary and offered closing costs and pre-paids to the buyer as they knew we were in no condition physically to do any work and my husband had an upcoming surgery. Their relatives knew exactly how to fix the issues.
It all worked out and I am so grateful we will be moving into a one level soon. You worked your tail off and brought us humor and hope in a difficult situation.
